1. Introduction

IBT International Beauty Academy operates as a professional beauty education and skill-development institute offering training, certifications, workshops, and student engagement services both online and offline. By accessing our services or communicating with us through any digital channel, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

“Platform” includes our website, learning portals, WhatsApp Business account, RCS messaging, and associated digital infrastructure.
“Content” means all text, images, videos, training material, curriculum, and branding owned or licensed by IBT.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws of India. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Services.

Your continued interaction via WhatsApp, RCS, or website forms constitutes explicit acceptance of these Terms.

Online and offline educational support
Student onboarding and communication via WhatsApp & RCS
Promotional updates, reminders, and academic notifications

5. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

9. Subscription Renewal & Termination

Certain services may be subscription-based. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled. IBT reserves the right to terminate access:

For policy violations
Non-payment of dues
Legal or regulatory reasons

Termination does not waive payment obligations already incurred.

10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

IBT uses Meta’s WhatsApp Official Business API and RCS messaging strictly in compliance with platform policies. Users explicitly consent to receive:

Admission updates
Course notifications
Payment reminders
Promotional content (where permitted)

Users may opt-out at any time by following provided instructions.

11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

Message delivery is subject to:

Network availability
Telecom operator limitations
Platform regulations

IBT does not guarantee 100% delivery and is not liable for delays or failures beyond its control.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, training materials, designs, and branding belong exclusively to IBT International Beauty Academy. Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary, academic, and personal information shared during service engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” IBT makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy of third-party content, or guaranteed outcomes from training programs.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, IBT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our Services.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IBT International Beauty Academy against claims arising from misuse of Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights.

17. Governing Law (India)

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Courts located in Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
